This is a cool run in the key of A minor.  It's based on 16th notes using a
"backstepping" pattern where you play down 4 notes in the scale (F E D C) and
then jumps back 3 notes (to E) then plays down etc...
This creates a 4 down, 3 back pattern.  This pattern can be applied to create much
longer runs than the one I have used for this riff.  The resolution is pretty basic,
reolving on the key tone (A).  The slight pause at the end of the run sets up the
resolution sequence nicely by breaking the rhythmic pattern.  As always, try to go
one step beyond by using this riff as a template and apply the ideas to your own
phrasing.  Enjoy.
